i'am not sure but my older HP laptop's Bios has Tpm setting

that laptop 's product id is 2LS42PA#UUF

Do you have valid HP warranty ?

 

Check status:

HP support

If status (date) is wrong:

--->>> HP PCs, printers - Dispute a warranty status

 

Warranty valid: Contact HP Support. A HP technican should clarify whether you have TPM or not.

 

Warranty expired: My options are exhausted...
