HP Recommended

Could anyone help me make sense of the HP trade-in program?  I have an HP Mini computer and an HP printer to trade in (possibly an HP Pavilion laptop as well).   Can I send these in for anything other than recycle?  If so, how do I do it.  The instructions to get a quote were not working for me.  Can I just write them to ask?  Why is it so hard to get any real customer service from HP?  Would I be better off going to Best Buy (at least their website tells me what I can get and is user friendly, and I can just go to the store and ask questions, too).

I have not heard of this scheme. You can sell your equipment to your local secondhand shops.
