I noticed that all the answers to my question were 3 to 4 years old.  Are there any updates to make the transfer of information any easier?  Both are Windows 11.  Do the data transfer cables advertised online accomplish this without direct USB download and the clone app?

Thanks for any tips!

You can use Windows Easy Transfer to transfer files between computers. This video shows you how:

Thank you, LGHY!  I think I can translate to Windows 11 if the terminology has not changed too extremely much!  I appreciate you taking the time to share.  As I get older it gets more difficult to keep up with computer changes.

Windows East Transfer was terminated by MS some years ago -- as they bought out the only company that had a full transfer product then after a year of supporting it, they killed it off.
