HP Recommended

I have an HP Spectre x360 13.5 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC that is many years old and have bought a current version of the same laptop.  The old laptop has Windows 11, an i7 processor, and 16GB RAM, as will the new.  Is there some way to transfer (a) all personal data files (b) system settings (c) apps from the old to the new?
