I want to install m.2 ssd on Hp 15da1041tu (6FS90PA) . 

 

1- I want to set SSD as the main boot.How to transfer windows 10 to ssd and set m2 ssd as main booting device.
2- What is the format 2280, can it require when installing a bootloader on sdd ?
3- How to check which type of SSD is supported on a laptop (HP 15DA 1041TU).

You have the order of  questions reversed

 

I go to Crucial.com to see what their available storage upgrades are. I also use the applicable HP Maintenance & Service guides.

 

2280 is the physical format of an M.2 SSD.  22 mm wide x 80 mm long. 

 

If you want to clone to an M.2 SSD you will need to purchase and use an USB enclosure.

 

The simplest method is to back up the current hard disk data and then use the HP Cloud Recovery tool to create a USB recovery flash drive. See the document at the hyperlink below this line

Boot to the USB recovery flash drive and everything that is required, UEFI partitions, operating system  and drivers will be installed to the M.2 SSD.
