Hello:

Six months ago I bought a HP Laptop for my granddaughter as a graduation gift.  This week I bought a HP laptop for myself.  As it turns out, the laptop I bought for my granddaughter is too large for her, so I bought a smaller one for myself and will trade with my granddaughter for her larger one.  This is all new to me (and to her), and I am unsure how to transfer all her "stuff" (she's been using it for college) from her current laptop to the new one, and to reset hers for myself.  I assume I will need a flash drive.  What do I need to know?  Thank you.
