Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, can anyone help? I am getting a pop up message called TrayApp telling me that the feature i am trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. When I click on OK another app appears that says the TrayApp.msi cannot be found.

I have tried finding it via using window+R, but there is no 7z file (advice given on a query about this on the community page).

Can anyone help?

Welcome to the HP Community --

From your description, the message is part of an old printer installation - likely a printer that is no longer unsupported in your current Operating System / version.

Open Control Panel > icon view > Programs and Features

Look for and uninstall old, unwanted printer / unsupported printer software.
