Product: Model 14-cm0012nr

My pc will not let me reset. Specifically, factory reset. It says i need to delete files, but the more i delete, the more space it says i need. it could start at 3gb or something, and once i delete it would be at like 7gb, if that makes sense. Ive tried deleting everything, backing other files onto my usb, and everything else i have been told to do, but to no prevail. what should i do now?
