Product: Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-cd06071K40
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brand new expensive HP Notebook X360 convertible which I ABSOLUTELY DETEST - this is the worst and most difficult laptop I have ever bought.  It has given nothing but trouble since setting it up and made numerous RECAPTA requests which are endlessly annoying.  I would like to know if anyone else has found this particular HP product to be  difficult to set up with printers, email and other apps.  It has also been difficult to get personalised help, And to my horror I find there is place for a CD .  Shame on HP, I will never buy HP again having bought 4 of them in the last 20 years.  I shall also alert as many people as possible that this is a nasty product.
