Microsoft deleted all Word Pad, without any warning, where I have all of my files that I use every day. I went on Microsoft yesterday, for over 7 hours, getting 3 different people. The first agent Adeyemi, downloaded something that he said would reinstall my Word Pad, but it did not. The next person, James Paolo, said he could not fix it because there were now problems with my computer, obviously, as a result of the previous agent's download, After waiting in line for another 45 minutes (for the third time) to speak with yet another person, I was chatting with Blessing. She had me do several things on my computer and decided my computer had been compromised. She then told me it was the "profile" and had me set up another profile. That did not work so she told me she would have her supervisor (whose name she refused to give me) send me the instructions on how to fix Microsoft, and his email address so that I could email him with any questions. She also assured me she would send me a copy of our hours long transcript,......NONE OF WHICH SHE HAS DONE. SO RIGHT NOW, I AM WITHOUT MY WORD PAD AND ALL OF MY FILES I USE EVERY DAY, AS I AM DISABLED AND HAVING TO DEAL WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY RIGHT NOW, WHICH IS ALSO A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH. SO DOES ANYONE OUT THERE KNOW HOW I CAN GET MY WORD PAD REINSTALLED PROPERLY ASAP!!! I AM IN SUCH A BAD WAY RIGHT NOW AND REALLY NEED THE HELP ASAP PLEASE!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to watch this video for how to reinstall Microsoft Wordpad:
Looks pretty easy to do to me unless your PC's operating system has been corrupted.
