Okay guys, I was just trying to install windows updates when I got an error saying I needed to free up space. I keep a 128GB SD card in my laptop at all times and save everything to it already so the storage on my computer is all system related. So I started deleting apps that were preinstalled, didn't work, so I tried following all the steps that Help and FAQs offered even chatted with a Microsoft specialist. Nothing. At this point I just want to factory reset my computer so its back to the way it was when I took it out of the box, but when I try to reset it I still get the error about freeing up space. Help please!

Sounds like your machine only has 32GB of eMMC storage. Please use the following way

You may have to do once or twice a year.
