Microsoft Windows 11

Hello everyone,

My friend who owns the laptop that is listed above is having problem starting her laptop. It is a blinking caps lock key problem which is followed by power led sometimes turning from white to red (the power led is a rare thing that happens). I have tried recovery bios update by pressing windows key + B but I guess her laptop doesn't own that function. So, I followed HP instructions on how to do it with USB Flash drive while formatting it to FAT32, but even with that the screen stayed the same (black screen). We have tried it multiple times and I am sure I am doing the process the right way but the boot itself doesn't show up. I tried connecting HDMI, but the results stayed the same. I would appreciate it if someone could help me with this. Could this be an internal problem with hardware or is it just that I need to try something else.
