HP Recommended

I have a HP ProBook 650 G3 that can’t boot in to the OS. Every the machine starts up, it immediately enters the exit menu for the BIOS. Whether or not I select “yes” or “no” to the “save changes” prompt, the computer boots up to the same screen. When I select cancel, I can still navigate the BIOS. Nothing I have tried so far fixes the issue. The link below is a picture of the screen.
