Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been facing the problem of automatic recovery since long, and no trouble shooting is working instead it asks for password which is not accepting the laptop. How can I get rid of this problem?

I'm really sorry that we can not help you with this, but Community policy prohibits us from assisting you in any way with bypassing or resetting passwords.

For BIOS or power-on password resets, read this HP thread: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06368824.

If you are not prepared to spend the money to get HP to replace the motherboard for BIOS password resets, you could take the PC to a local repair facility to see if they can do it for you -- but we are unable to assist in that.

For Admin password resets, you have to contact your regional HP Customer Support location directly for assistance.
