Product: Hp stream 11

I have an hp stream 11. When I powered it on I get a message that says something happen in your pen isn’t available. Click to set up your pin again. When you click set up my pin at the bottom, it just takes you to another pop-up that says search for app in the store? Do you need to install an app for this task. Would you like to search for one in the store? Yes, if it takes you back to the original page. I just need it to work again. I don’t care if I have to reset it or whatever just need help!!
