Product: HP ProBook 470 G5 Notebook PC

I delivered PCs to a customer a few years ago. The customer has just contacted me to inform me that following a formatting of the hard disk of one of the PCs, Windows has finally encrypted the new data written on the hard disk. Not having a Microsoft account, how to find the Bitlocker key that could unlock the hard drive? The PC is an HP ProBook 470 G5 (ProdID 2VQ23EA#ABF, SN/#[Personal Information Removed]) that was shipped with Windows 10 installed.
