Product: HP Stream 7 Tablet - 5709

I got a Hp Stream 7 Tablet from my cousin and his family a while back and I'm trying to reset it. I ended up at the screen that asks for the admin password or the power on password. No one remembers the passwords for it and I just want to reset it so we can use it. Thank you in advance to anyone who may have a solution.
