I am once again facing a serious issue with my laptop. The touchpad driver has disappeared again, despite encountering this problem a year ago, which led to me sending the laptop in for repairs for two weeks.

My laptop is still within the warranty period. It is highly disappointing that this problem has resurfaced, and it seems it was not permanently resolved during the previous repair. I urgently need your assistance to ensure that this problem does not reoccur.

I have attempted to solve the issue on my own, but my efforts have been unsuccessful. Initially, I could restore the driver through regular device restarts, but even that is no longer effective. I have installed all available updates, but to no avail. The virtual assistant on the HP website was also unhelpful.

Given that my laptop is still under warranty, I kindly request precise instructions on how to resolve this issue on my own. Additionally, it is crucial to understand why the problem has recurred despite the previous repair and how I can ensure it does not happen again in the future.

Thank you in advance for your prompt and comprehensive assistance.
