Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I currently have win 7 64 OS, and I am planning to update to win 10. The thing is, i have to update HD to GPD (i currently have MBR). To be able to do that, I have to have UEFI and I currently have BIOS only. How am I able to install UEFI. I am unable to find it in the BIOS section of my produts software.

Hi @Misteryx96

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

You will need to go into the BIOS disable legacy mode and enable secure boot in order to install W10 in UEFI mode.

You can convert your hard drive to GPT during the W10 installation.

Watch this video on YouTube for a better understanding.
