Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
This laptop suddenly could not boot into windows operating system. It all started after l shut it down from the power button because the screen went blank after my hand hit it slightly. it was delaying to come so l turned it off from the power button since then My hp pavilion Gaming laptop 15-dk0... always stops at hp logo screen anytime it is turn on. After sometime the image attached will pop up
In my quest to fix it l have done a fresh successful installation of windows 10 yet the same problem exist, once its turned on hp logo screen comes up and its stuck.
Please help me if you can, thank you
