I CANNOT CREATE WINDOWS 10 RECOVERY MEDIA TOOL FROM HP CLOUD RECOVERY AS IT ALWAYS STATE PRODUCT ID IS INVALID OR DOES NOT MATCH. WHENEVER I TRY TO ENETER MANUALLY SAME MESSAGE IS SHOWED.
PREVIOUSLY I HAD ONCE CREATED A RECOVERY USB DRIVE BUT WHEN MY WINDOWS CRASHED I COUNLN'T ABLE USE MY USB RECOVERY TOOL ALSO.
I HAD TO USE WINDOWS ISO IMAGE TO RESTORE MY WINDOWS

Hi:
The cloud recovery tool doesn't work for your model since it was made prior to 2016.
It only works on select model PC's made in 2016 or later.
Yours was made in 2015.
You will need to reinstall W10 with the ISO file created by the Microsoft Media Creation tool.

It's possible that HP has not yet uploaded the cloud recovery site with the recovery image for your model PC.
I recently got a new HP 15-ee047nr notebook made in 2020, and HP didn't upload the cloud recovery image until last week and the model has been out for around 3 months now.
In any event if the PC was made prior to 2016, the date issue is not total rubbish, as the notebook in this post was.

Also if you carefully read my reply, I indicated the tool was for select model PC's, not every model PC.
There are some PC's made in 2016 or later that are not supported by the cloud recovery tool.
I am confident that I know a whole lot more about this subject than you do.
