Product: Hp elitebook folio 1030 G3.

 So the percentage of upgrade increases to 100% it restarts and again this PEIA Region update starts. Been stuck here for more then 7 hours. What do I do?? should i wait for it to get 100 and automatically open up or what else?

It started updating on windows 11 i think and now the endless loop of PEIA Region update carries forward endlessly.
