Product: OMEN-Notebook

Hello, I contacted customer service this morning. Due to lagg spikes in games I had to reset my notebook. I was asked if I had a 32GB USB to store everything. I thought I had a 32GB but I only have a 16GB and an 8GB USB. how should I make a backup now?

Assuming that you have stopped doing anything until answer is given, buy a 32GB, or larger, flash drive and do as advised.  They are inexpensive, if you live in the USA.

Best Buy, OfficeDepot/Office Max,and  Amazon all have a unit for less than $10.
