HP Recommended

Hi im wanting to transfer files from my p30 pro phone, never had an issue before but today, when i plug in the USB the 3 options transfer photos, transfer files, charge only. It wont let me select trasnfer files. Ive updated all drivers, restarted both phone and laptop, tried a different USB lead. Im getting fed up now lol x can anyone help me. When ive checked the drivers for the USB Connection its saying 

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

%hs is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0x
