USB Port is not working

My laptop model is HP Pavilion g4 2235dx. I use windows7 64-bit. It has  3 usb ports. It contains one usb port it's right side & two others contain it's left side. In this way right side usb port is working properly but two others usb port of left side is not working.

What can I do for this?

Hi:

You can install the USB 3 driver.

Download and install the AMD Chipset drivers and restart the PC.

You want the 1st file listed on the webpage.

It isn't working. When I try to install it, it's show a dialouge box and say, "amd has stopped working".  What can I do now?

See if installing both of these drivers work instead.  Install and restart the PC.
