Product: HP ProBook 4540s Notebook PC

Hi

Today my HP Probook 4540s USB Ports just stopped working out of nowhere,the external keyboard still turned on but it won t recognize the commands i do with it,even in bios,i m trying to press esc to start up the bios and doesn t work,only with the integrated keyboard that actually broke a year ago,any tips?
