HP Notebook - 15-dw0083wm

I disconnected my laptop from my docking station (via USB) in my office to take with me while on vacation. I did not open or use the laptop at all during vacation. Once I returned home, I began connecting my docking station and a 2.0 USB hub. I ran a test and got the following info:

 

Failure ID: 9AN7M9-AMQBNP-XD7V5G-8D7X03

Product ID: 1A493UA#ABA

Sounds like when you plug and unplug the dock, you "killed" USB port on your machine. Full explanation
