HP Recommended

I usually connect my laptop to the Internet via USB tethering and how I do know that it is connected is when the WiFi sound goes from this 🌐 to this 🖥 but now It is showing 🖥 and if I search things on Google, nothing is popping up My Laptop is a HP Pentium, Running on a Windows 10 Disc Operating System and It doesn't connect to WiFI, Its so Unstable.
