I updated my laptop have a Spectre 360x and now both my USB and USB-c ports are not working. Only the Thunderbold is working, yet both were working 2 days ago pre update. I have checked device manager, uninstalled and installed drivers, done a system check and i did get an error code 0W0JW4-AQSC5X-MFPV5F-8D6C03 but can not find out what that means, it is obviously not detecting anything out of either port which is highly annoying. How can I fix this?
