USB doesn't work on laptop. Laptop HP PC Elite Dragonfly. Error code: U8E404-A2DCND-MFGKGK-8D1X03. Please tell me what this error code means?

Thanks for the link. Received a response regarding the error code:

"HP USB port check has identified a critical failure in your system that requires repair".  What could this mean?

You're very welcome. 

If your PC is still under warranty, contact HP customer service and submit a support request under the warranty.

If the PC has removable USB port circuit boards the one that has a malfunction would have to be replaced. 

You can refer to the service manual for your specific model notebook to see what can be done, and chapter 3 has the list of parts.

The service manual is in English, so access the support page in English or it won't show up in Russian.
