HP Recommended
Hp Pavillion 15 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My two left hand ports on my laptop have not worked for some time. It is now  becoming frustrating as I only have one port on the right hand side to use.

Having exhausted all the diagnostic tesing available in windows, deleting root drivers etc, I have spoken to hP that told nme to check the BIOS Management. Details as follows :-

My Current BIOS version os F.20

Version after rollback is F.15

Failure id 0TQFSW-76WASG-MFPV7G-8D0103 (for both ports)

I have looked for what these codes actually mean but can't find anything. Any ideas?

Should I try a rollback to F.15?

Thanks in advance for your help
