Yesterday my HP laptop has returned from HP assistance, still in warranty, but not working.

 

The laptop has this two problems:

  • Monitor presents colors and brightness problems
  • USB ports don’t work properly

The laptop has this problems since I bought it.

About the USB ports, after 30 min./1 hours of work, the laptop starts to not recognise the ports, and I have to remove the connected peripheral and reinsert it.

I repeat this operation several times, until after a few hours the laptop no longer recognizes the device and the computer freezes.

I’ve worked with the HP help desk for three months

The operations:

  • Re-install drivers
  • Reboot from bios
  • Reboot form USB pen
  • Sent to Hungary for assistance and returned

I am appalled at how badly HP support in Europe works.

if anyone could help me, I would be very grateful
