Hi,
I was working in word when it sudderly stoped responding and everything freezed. I hold the start buttom to close down the pc and when I tried to restart; It starts and ask me to log in and then just thinking and thinking..
I have tried to push shift at the same time as i choose "restart" and get the message to wait and then just black with the mouse symbol..
Anything I can do to get in to my computer or is it dead forever?
