Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm posting with a lot of problems. I update the BIOS of my HP 250G5 laptop but there is no XPM option so RAM is running on 2133 which is supposed to be done on 2400. Now using UEFI Diganostic for downgrading, the bin files we receive do not match the number on the motherboard. Searching with the part number of the motherboard, I found that the fine did not match. Then I try to rollback the file that is nearby but unable to open bios signature. Now can it be downgraded at all?
If I do programming with BIOS programmer then open the flash IC then which file can be given? kindly dont talk about windows +B Key . it's not workable for me .
