For a while now I have been unable to do a System Restore. I get a messages saying:
System Restore did not complete successfully.
System Restore failed to extract the file (C:\Users\user\Downloads\OneDrive) from the restore point.
An unspecified error occurred during System Restore (0x8007018b)
I'd be grateful could point me in the direction of getting a successful restore.

Thank you for posting on HP Forums,
The Barachiel is at your service.
I understand you are in need of support,
I'll be glad to help you out, however, for an accurate solution I will need more details:
Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?
When was the last time it worked without these issues?
What seems to be the issue?
Please let me know the issue in detail to assist you further with relevant steps. 🙂
Please reply with the details for further assistance.
Eager to help!

When was the last time it worked without these issues? Not sure, but at least 5 months
What seems to be the issue? After it's run the System Restore, I get a message saying this....
Since last update I have only had 2 restore points to use, whereas previously I had a lot more.
Also yesterday I followed instructions on one thread on how to get LED light back on the F6 audio key, I haven't tried to do a Restore in case it reverted the F6 key back to not being lit.
Thanks Barachiel

It doesn't matter whether I create a new restore point or use either of the two ones that are shown as available.
I still get the same message.
The problem (error) seems to be (0x80071ac5) and if I look this up on Windows Support,
apparently there is no fix for it yet. https://windows-hexerror.linestarve.com/0x80071AC5
