Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

after PC boot up

 

I get this on screen

ADMIN ACCOUNT NAME

Your pin is no longer available do to a change to the security settings on this device click to

setup your PIN again      (Setup my pin)     (You click on it and I get this message)

The User profile Service failed the sign in, the user profile cannot be loaded

So bottom line s I can't use PC

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
