I recently refreshed my windows with HP Cloud Recovery but after the successful process I am unable to install most of the driers from https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/omen-15-dh1000-laptop-pc-series/32827277/model/3282...
which i was able to do before this fresh installation
Take an example of Intel's Audio drivers on this page :
1. Trying to install the first one, (marked May 15, 2020, name: sp103633) gives me following error:
2. trying to install the second driver (marked July 15, 2020, name: sp107248 ) gives me following command window kind of stuck in loop:
this is happening pretty much for every driver on the page with a few exceptions.
How do i resolve this ?

@ShahidSaleem Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you are unable to install the drivers.
In that case, I would suggets you update the BIOS and then try to update the drivers.
Please click the below link to download the BIOS.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp110001-110500/sp110184.exe
Try updating the computer, this will install the latest updates -
Step 1 Windows Updates -
1) In the search box, type, and open Windows Updates.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
Step 2 Install updates using HP Support Assistant
- In the search box, type, and open HP Support Assistant.
- Check for updates.
- If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.

@Praveen196
- I have downloaded and installed the updated BIOS
- The windows updates are up-to-date
- The Support assistant shows no new up drivers
Any ideas on how do I completely remove all the drivers and re-install them Just so I know that it solves the issue that i am having probably because of drivers (or not updated rivers) ?

I understand your concerns.
Please update the chipset driver and then try to update the Audio drivers.
Have a nice day!!

I have downloaded and tried to install the following Chipset drivers:
from https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/omen-15-dh1000-laptop-pc-series/32827277/model/3282... as you suggested.
But I am getting same strange behaviors. Either this error pops up
or the command prompt splashes. That's it. Nothing happens further to that.

I understand your concerns.
In that case, I would suggets you conatct our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.
Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.
Have a nice day!!
