I am unable to access system information after I accidentally disabled it on fn+esc shortcut. How do I re-unable it?

Relevant to Windows 11

 

Make sure you have your File Explorer Folder / view Options set to view "hidden files"

 

Next...

 

Open File Explorer to the home of the System Information program / app:

C:\WINDOWS\system32

 

Right-Click on file msinfo32.exe

Select

Pin to Start

 

and / or, still in the "Right-Click" menu

 

Click "Show more options"

Select

Pin to Taskbar

and / or

Send to Desktop > Create Shortcut

 

Example - System Information - Pin to Start - Pin to Taskbar - Create Shortcut (on Desktop)

System_Information_Pin-to-Start_Pin-to-Taskbar_Create-Shortcut_1System_Information_Pin-to-Start_Pin-to-Taskbar_Create-Shortcut_1
