Zbook G4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP WorkWise service installed from this link.

http://www8.hp.com/us/en/ads/clientmanagement/download.html

HP WorkWise 2.1.26.1 01/29/2018 sp85062

However it requires GUI app to be installed from Microsoft Store. When I go to the Store it says that my device is not compatibile.  I have Windows 10 x64 Redstone 3.

Please fix this issue.

Thank you for this link. There is no solution yet but I will observe it.

I have a 17" ZBook G4 - I paid top dollar for a top of the range notebook.

Workwise seems to have been an ongoing disaster since early in the year, when the new Android App was realeased.

It was working fine until then.  But after updating to the new Android app it all broke, saying update the PC end.  No update available.

Eventually some months later sp84500 appears - oh joy - except it's just the service, no GUI.  I get told to go to the Microsoft App Store and download the GUI.  Only one problem when I get to the app store - it says it's NOT AVAILABLE.

Someone at HP (probably the product manager) deserves to get sacked over this.  It's shrieks of ongoing incompetence.
