Product: HP Stream Notebook - 11-r014wm (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I forgot the password for this computer / laptop.  It says password incorrect.  The password hint does not help since I don't even remember it. When I hit reset password it wants a flash drive.  I bought a new flash drive and stuck it in and it says " This feature requires removable media, such as a usb flash drive. please connect a usb flash drive. and then try again.  This does NOT work.  How can I get on this laptop and reset to a new password.  i have tried control alt delete and nothing.  I have turned it off and turned back on pressing the esc button and nothing,  HELP PLEASE
