I am unable to factory reset my laptop, the laptop says that I do not have enough storage to reset it, however, I need to factory reset my laptop to be able to sell it without the worry of someone stealing my information from my laptop.

The easiest way is to reinstall the latest Windows 10 version using the Microsoft site.  Wipe the drive and then install using this media

For the install media for Windows 10, you can make it from this Microsoft download

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

With a working PC, scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media"
and then follow the directions. You can make the USB.  Boot to this new media from the BIOS boot selection after the drive is empty.  Pick Custom install and format the drive from the next window.
When the install asks for the product key, click the I don't have a product key option to continue,
then the install will continue It will be activated once it connects to the internet, as it uses a digital key.
