Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everybody. I tried to download HP recovery disks for my laptop but HP didn't have any for my laptop. I looked up on the HP recovery disk store but nothing was found either. Lastly, I looked on computersurgeons.com but I didn't find ANYTHING. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You need another computer to prepare <USB flash drive> to install windows
