I gave only had my HP 17in laptop for 4 months I use this for work and o was having issues either internet connection and then the laptop would no longer boot I contacted tech support and was told I had to purchase a $50 flash drive to reload windows I was told this would be over nighted I didn’t receive it for 5 days upon Inserting the flash drive the laptop did not acknowledge the drive. Called tech support again and they escalated the issue I was told someone would reach out to me the next I finally received an email stating they attempted to contact me but my phone was causing aror they provided the phone number for me to call which was invalid I called my cell provider and my phone had no missed calls and nothing causing calls to be blocked it’s been 4 weeks and I still have no resolution I had to purchase a new laptop to work after missing 5 days my last email from HP stated that if I didn’t comply with providing my contact information immediately they would permanently close the case with no further action being provided which means HP is refusing to provide warranty I’m asking at this point the laptop be replaced with a new one but I can’t contact a person at HP as the number they provide us invalid I don’t know how to speak with someone that can help
