I purchased 75 laptops for a public school 2.5 years ago. I also purchased an Accidental Damage Protection warranty. I currently have 49 laptops that need to be sent in for repair, but HP is refusing to fix them because there are too many. What good is the warranty?

To get the answer to this question, we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now

 

I understand that this is a Hardware issue. Since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who can schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.

 

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
