Laptop Gaming Victus by HP 16-e0000
Microsoft Windows 11

I have Windows 11 Home 64 bit  v.22000.1574 and in Windows Update there is 22H2 version.

Once downloaded and installed on reboot I have a BSOD with an error that refers to the kernel.

Reading around on the internet maybe it is due to DMA protection that I can not deactivate.

How can I fix?

Thanks in advance

Hello all.

I fixed this problem.

But I don't know if that's why I did.

Here's what I did:

Once finished the download of the WIN 11 22H2 from Windows Update, I turned off the Wi-fi and antivirus software (COMODO Antivirus  version 12.2.2.8012).

I hope this help you.

STEP 4) FOLLOW THE STEPS GIVEN BY THE "WINDOWS MEMORY DIAGNOSTIC"

If the above steps do not fix the issue, it may need one on one interaction with internal HP support.
