Hello @Lovers1234

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

  • Did this PC ever had any Windows or another OS on it ?
  • How exactly are you trying to install Windows - from manually created Windows 10 installation or some recovery media (HP provided or Cloud recovery) ?
  • Who and when created the media ?
  • Which Windows version/edition you want to use ?
  • Did you purchase the model with preinstalled Windows 10 or with no operating system - this is CTO model and it comes with a variety of options to choose from

  • Could you use the F2 option and perform hardware diagnostics (just to rule out any potential hardware problem) -> here is how to do it >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6JXUp43ahHA
  • Let me know the test results and also provide the information
