The recovery partition on my laptop seems to have been damaged, causing me to get a "could not find recovery environment" error. The machine has been really erratic in recent months though, so I really would like to reset it to factory default and start fresh, and hopefully restore my original partition in the process?

So I went to buy a media recovery USB. I can select my model from the list of available products to buy for. I get allll the way to the final 'confirm payment' page, only to be sent to an error page that says "We're sorry, we can't seem to find the page you're looking for."

I made sure my billing and shipping address matched the one associated with my card. I tried different browsers. Nothing. Has anyone found a way around this??

And my model isn't included in the cloud media recovery feature that started up somewhat recently, so that's not an option either.
