Hello,

i call to Polish service and they send me to manufacturer of OS - Microsoft.

System Windows and stickers was not part of the HP company, so they not responsible for store product key on stickers.

Seems to me that number my Windows 7 is not possible to trace, but try to call to Microsoft company.

Any ideas ?

regards,

Sebastian.

yesterday i get the answer, and seems to me that nobody knows how to resolve this problem.

"Hi Sebastian,
LemP has replied to your question Unable to read Windows 7 product key sticker in Microsoft Community.
Unfortunately, the COA sticker on computers with Windows 7 pre-installed (like your HP notebook) is the ONLY source from which you can get your Product Key.
The Product Key is 25 characters, shown as 5 groups of 5 characters each.
The only advice I have consistently seen is to inspect whatever remains of the COA sticker using a flashlight and magnifying glass, keeping in mind that Microsoft Product Keys only use the following characters:
BCDFGHJKMPQRTVWXY
2346789
The following characters are NOT USED in Microsoft Product Keys:
AEILNOSUZ
015"
