Hi all,
I've been trying to reset my BIOS in all the possible ways suggested on HP website, YT, and forums, but none of them work, including the manual reset through USB flash drive. With every option I get a window requesting Administrator Pass Key or Power On Password. After trying out 3 erroneous pass keys to have one generated by the laptop, I get a window saying "Insert HP SpareKey USB Recovery Key". Nothing seems to be working.
Anyone has any idea or suggestion on how this can be resolved?
My laptop model is HP Specter is 13-v011nd.
I've been on this for 3 days now and have been unable to use the laptop which I need urgently, so I'd appreciate any ideas.
Thanks,
Ereblina
