After recently updating the bios on my laptop it still loads the Win 11 start up screen but then does not display the pin verification box and the ‘reset your pin’ link, does not work when clicked.

Please also note that, following a very frustrating 2 days trying everything I know to repair/reset my laptop, plus chatting to one of your tech experts online, and, having failed to rectify the problem, I then reloaded Win 11 Pro and lost all of my programs but subsequently managed to retrieve all my most critical data via my SeagateMedia backup drive!
I am not well pleased having had to spend a considerable amount of time sorting out a problem that was ultimately not my fault but was caused by downloading a bios update from HP and would like to make my displeasure felt to the appropriate person in your company responsible for this ‘**bleep** up’.
Nevertheless I no longer require further assistance to sort my problem out and offer my sincere thanks for the efforts of your staff that tried to help.
Yours sincerely,
Philip Lavender
